RECEIVE, RECLAIM, & REBUILD

I'd love to meet you and set up a video discovery call so that I can better understand your specific needs and desires. From here we can discuss the best path for you.

Come as you are.

If you do not yet have a personal relationship with Jesus that is not a hinderance to joining, rather it is just a starting point. Openness to receiving from Him is all that is required.

INNER HEALING

Inner healing can be beautifully pictured as tending the garden of the heart and mind. Imagine that when God created us, He planted within us a garden, a place designed for connection, truth, love, freedom, creativity, and life. Over time, though, experiences shape that garden. Some things planted in us produce beautiful fruit. Others leave wounds, weeds, hardened ground, or places we’ve learned to avoid.

The process of inner healing isn’t about becoming someone entirely new. It’s about returning to the garden with Jesus and allowing Him to restore what was always intended to flourish there.

Healing often begins with simply becoming present to what is happening inside of us. Instead of ignoring, suppressing, or judging our emotions, reactions, memories, and body responses, we become curious about them. We invite Jesus into that awareness—not as an inspector coming to criticize the garden, but as the Gardener who already knows every part of it. The goal isn’t to endlessly dig through the past. We visit the roots so they no longer have to determine the fruit.

WHAT IT MIGHT LOOK LIKE:

We encounter Jesus.
We receive His love and Truth.
We tend to what has been wounded.
We uproot what is false.
We reclaim what was buried.
We become who we were created to be.
And becoming creates overflow.

Peace where there was anxiety.
Connection where there was hiding.
Boundaries where there was people-pleasing.
Compassion where there was shame.
Freedom where there was striving.
Authenticity where there was performance.

Healthy roots begin producing healthy fruit. What God cultivates within us doesn't remain only within us. Our healing affects our relationships, our families, our creativity, our communities, and eventually generations after us.

SOMATIC BREATHWORK & MOVEMENT THERAPY

“Somatic” simply means of or relating to the body. Somatic approaches pay attention to sensations, posture, breathing, movement, tension, and the nervous system. A Christian Spirit-led approach adds prayer, discernment, Scripture, and awareness of God’s presence. It can be understood as inviting God into what the body is carrying—not only what the mind can explain.

The body is part of the garden, too.

Sometimes our minds say, “I'm fine,” while our bodies are still bracing.

The shoulders tighten.
The jaw clenches.
The stomach knots.
The breath becomes shallow.
We freeze, withdraw, become restless, or feel an urge to escape.

Rather than immediately trying to make those sensations disappear, somatic work becomes curious:

What is my body communicating right now?

And in a Spirit-led setting, that question can become:

“Holy Spirit, would You meet me here? Help me notice what my body is communicating and what You want me to know.”

Gentle, comfortable breathing can become an anchor to the present moment. Instead of intense breathwork, this might simply mean noticing the natural breath, allowing the exhale to soften, feeling your feet on the floor, and becoming aware of where you're holding tension.

Prayer can accompany it:

Inhale: I receive Your love.
Exhale: I release fear.

Sometimes the body naturally wants to stretch, shake out the hands, open the chest, stand taller, cry, sigh, rest, or move.

Gentle movement can give someone another way of engaging an experience besides thinking about it.

In your garden metaphor, words might identify the weed, while somatic awareness helps us notice where we've been gripping its roots.

And then prayer, truth, relationship, and repeated embodied experiences can help cultivate something different in that ground.

The Holy Spirit is not bulldozing the garden. He is gently tending it.

Some places need watering.
Some need rest.
Some need weeds removed.
Some need new seeds of truth.
Some simply need enough safety to open again.

Over time, the body can begin to experience what the heart is learning:

I am here.
I am loved.
I am not alone.
I don't have to strive.
I can soften.
I can receive.
I can become.

KEYS TO VICTORY
COACHING

Inner healing tends the roots, somatic work tends the soil and nervous system, and Keys to Victory Coaching teaches someone how to cultivate and steward the garden going forward. Coaching helps a woman learn how to live from that healing.

What has God revealed? What truth have you received? And how do we help that truth become the way you actually live?

How would you hold your body if you genuinely believed you belonged? What would your voice sound like if you weren't afraid of disappointing someone? What boundary would you set? What conversation would you have? What would choosing peace look like tomorrow morning?

You're essentially giving the garden repeated experiences of growing in a new direction.

Every session ends with a concrete response. Not twenty goals—perhaps one courageous act of alignment - one key to take and see how to unlock life.

Have the conversation. Rest instead of striving. Speak the boundary. Ask for what you need. Create something. Forgive. Say no. Say yes. Take the next step God has been inviting you toward.

Then the next coaching session doesn't simply ask, “Did you accomplish your goal?” It asks, “What happened inside you when you tried?”

And suddenly everyday life becomes part of the healing process

The goal is not dependence on the coach.

I want to give you keys you learn to use for yourself.

Over time you will learn:

I know how to recognize when I'm triggered.
I know how to return to connection and my body.
I know how to listen to my emotions without being ruled by them.
I know how to bring what I'm experiencing before Jesus.
I know how to discern truth from an old story.
I know how to practice a new response.
I know how to take the next courageous step.

This is empowerment. This is living with the authority God has given you.

I want to teach you how to tend your garden with Jesus.
