1. Welcome and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Crowned and Connected

Our mission is to cultivate safe and sacred spaces for women to encounter Jesus, receive His love and Truth, and be guided toward healing and wholeness—mind, body, soul, and spirit—reclaiming who they are and whose they are.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Crowned and Connected website, resources, programs, events, and services.

By accessing our website, booking a session, registering for an event, or participating in our offerings, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. Nature and Purpose of Our Services

Crowned and Connected offers faith-based ministry services and experiences that may include:

Christian inner healing and prayer ministry
Spiritual encouragement and discipleship
Faith-based coaching and personal growth
Spirit-led reflection and somatic awareness practices
Workshops involving movement, creative expression, and reflection
Women's gatherings, outdoor experiences, hikes, and retreats
Educational and inspirational resources

Our services are rooted in a Christian worldview and seek to provide supportive environments for spiritual growth, personal reflection, and healing.

Participation is always voluntary.

3. Important Disclaimer: Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Crowned and Connected provides Christian spiritual ministry, prayer, discipleship, and faith-based coaching.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, our services are not provided by licensed medical or mental health professionals acting in those professional capacities.

Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition and are not a substitute for professional medical care, psychotherapy, psychiatric treatment, or other licensed healthcare services.

We do not prescribe medication or recommend discontinuing prescribed medical or mental health treatment.

Participants are encouraged to seek appropriate professional support when needed.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support provider.

4. Voluntary Participation and Personal Responsibility

By participating in Crowned and Connected offerings, you acknowledge that:

Your participation is voluntary.
You may decline an exercise, question, prayer activity, or other aspect of a session.
You may request a pause or discontinue participation at any time.
Personal and spiritual experiences vary from person to person.
No specific emotional, spiritual, relational, or physical outcome is guaranteed.
You remain responsible for your own choices, decisions, and actions.

We seek to provide compassionate support while respecting each participant's personal agency, dignity, and boundaries.

5. Inner Healing and Coaching Sessions

Individual inner healing and coaching sessions are designed to provide intentional space for prayer, reflection, spiritual encouragement, and personal growth.

Sessions may involve discussion of personal experiences, relationships, emotional struggles, spiritual beliefs, and past events.

Participants are encouraged to share only what they feel comfortable disclosing.

Crowned and Connected reserves the right to decline, pause, or discontinue services when an individual's needs fall outside the scope of the ministry or when continued participation would be inappropriate or unsafe.

When appropriate, participants may be encouraged to seek additional support from licensed professionals or other qualified providers.

Participation does not establish a licensed therapist-client, physician-patient, or other regulated healthcare relationship.

6. Session Fees, Ministry Support, and Donations

Crowned and Connected operates through a combination of standard session fees, ministry-supported opportunities, and voluntary financial contributions.

Current offerings may include:

Standard Inner Healing Sessions

A standard 90-minute session is offered at the rate displayed at the time of booking.

Ministry-Supported Sessions

A limited number of reduced-cost or sponsored sessions may be available based on financial need and available ministry resources.

Availability is not guaranteed.

Overflow Contributions

Participants may voluntarily contribute additional funds to help support ministry activities and increase access to sponsored sessions.

Additional giving does not affect the quality, attention, or care provided during a session.

Fees and financial arrangements will be communicated before booking or participation.

Payments for services are not automatically tax-deductible charitable contributions.

Any tax-deductibility of voluntary gifts depends on applicable law and the organization's legal status.

7. Scheduling, Cancellations, and Refunds

Sessions and events may require advance registration or scheduling.

Participants are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours' notice when requesting to cancel or reschedule an individual session.

Cancellation and refund eligibility will be communicated at the time of booking or registration, where applicable.

For workshops, retreats, and other events, separate cancellation and refund policies may apply due to advance preparation, supplies, venue reservations, or other expenses.

If Crowned and Connected must cancel a prepaid service or event, participants will be offered an appropriate refund or rescheduling option, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Workshops, Movement Activities, Hikes, and Retreats

Some Crowned and Connected offerings may include physical movement, breathing exercises, creative activities, hiking, outdoor recreation, and other experiential practices.

These activities may involve inherent risks, including physical exertion, emotional discomfort, environmental conditions, falls, and other possible injuries.

Participants are responsible for considering their own physical abilities, health circumstances, and personal limitations before participating.

Participants may decline activities that feel inappropriate for their needs or abilities.

Certain activities may require a separate informed consent form, health acknowledgment, or liability waiver.

Any waiver or release of liability will be addressed in a separate agreement and will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

Crowned and Connected values the trust placed in our ministry and seeks to treat personal disclosures with care and discretion.

Information shared during individual ministry sessions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any applicable informed consent or confidentiality agreements.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in every circumstance.

Disclosure may be required by law, valid legal process, applicable reporting obligations, or certain safety-related circumstances.

Participants in group gatherings, workshops, or retreats may be encouraged to respect one another's privacy. However, Crowned and Connected cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.

Participants should exercise personal discretion when sharing sensitive information in group settings.

10. Personal Boundaries and Respectful Conduct

We are committed to cultivating environments characterized by dignity, compassion, respect, and honor.

Participants are expected to:

Treat facilitators and fellow participants respectfully.
Respect personal, emotional, spiritual, and physical boundaries.
Refrain from harassment, intimidation, discrimination, or threatening behavior.
Respect the privacy of others.
Follow reasonable safety instructions during organized activities.

Crowned and Connected reserves the right to remove or discontinue participation when conduct threatens the safety, dignity, or well-being of others.

Any applicable refund will be determined according to the circumstances, disclosed policies, and applicable law.

11. Spiritual Beliefs and Personal Choice

Crowned and Connected is founded upon Christian beliefs and teachings.

Our ministry may include Scripture, prayer, discussion of Jesus Christ, and invitations to personal spiritual reflection.

Participants are informed of this faith-based foundation before engaging in ministry offerings.

No participant is required to make a particular spiritual declaration, disclose personal experiences, or participate in an activity against their wishes.

We respect each person's dignity, personal boundaries, and freedom of choice.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, original content on this website—including written materials, teaching resources, graphics, logos, workshop materials, and other creative works—is owned by Crowned and Connected or used with permission.

Content may be accessed for personal, noncommercial use.

Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, republished, or used commercially without prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

Scripture translations, third-party resources, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective owners' rights.

13. Website Use and Third-Party Services

Our website may include links to third-party websites, payment platforms, scheduling services, and social media networks.

These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

Crowned and Connected is not responsible for the independent practices, availability, or content of third-party websites and services.

Users agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use its content for unlawful purposes.

14. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

Crowned and Connected desires to support women in experiencing greater spiritual connection, self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.

However, experiences and outcomes vary.

We do not guarantee specific spiritual encounters, emotional breakthroughs, physical healing, changes in relationships, or other particular results.

Testimonials or personal stories shared through our ministry reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees of similar outcomes.

15. Changes to Services or Terms

Crowned and Connected may update its website, offerings, pricing, policies, or these Terms from time to time.

Revised Terms will be posted with an updated effective date.

Changes will apply prospectively, except where otherwise permitted by law and appropriately communicated.

Material changes affecting an existing paid booking will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the terms agreed upon at booking.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Any disputes will be addressed according to applicable law and any separate enforceable agreements between the parties.
